This notice describes the current private test version of The BIG. The business owner must confirm the operating entity, contact address, retention period and final privacy policy before inviting public registrations.

What we collect

Your name, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email, business name, industry and city support your membership application and business profile. Your profile photo is optional and stays in your private profile. An optional business logo appears to approved members in the business directory. Your PAN number and PAN card are required for membership registration. Your account number, bank, branch and IFSC are collected for payouts and refunds. A permanently masked Aadhaar document is optional. Identity documents require your consent.

Who can access it

Approved members can discover approved businesses and their contact names. Your private profile, banking details and documents are restricted to your account and authorized admins. The full bank account number is encrypted before database storage; the website displays only its last four digits. Your PAN number is also encrypted before storage; only its last four characters are displayed.

Passwords and documents

Supabase Auth manages passwords. The application does not store passwords in membership tables. Documents are stored in a private Supabase bucket, use generated names and are available through short-lived download links. Manual document review is not government identity verification.

Membership review

Registration does not grant login or member access. An admin must review the application and verify payment before approval. The BIG will confirm membership fees and duration separately. An account may be rejected, suspended or expire.
